NaarJobs: sustainable mobility is important in the search for a job

Anyone looking for a job and who would like to travel sustainably can go to naarjobs.be. This application not only helps you find a job, but also focuses on sustainable mobility options. When looking for a job, you not only look at the job content, but now also at the travel time from your home address (for example by bike) and the facilities that the employer offers around mobility (such as a secure bicycle parking). After a successful pilot phase in West Flanders, the project is now available throughout Flanders. While the previous version was mainly aimed at professionals who guide others to work, the new version is also designed for the individual job seeker. Naarjobs.be supports the shift towards sustainable mobility and encourages the sustainability of companies' mobility policy. The tool is being developed by Nazka Mapps in collaboration with Mobiel 21, with the support of the Federal Public Service Mobility and Transport.
